Refund Policy

Cancellation by Barefeetparos

If the minimum number of participants isn’t met, we’ll issue a full refund of your reservation fee.

​

For cancellations caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided as well.​

Participant Cancellation Policy

​

Up to 45 days before the retreat: Full reservation fee refunded.

44 to 30 days before the retreat: 50% of the total amount refunded.

29 days or less: No refund.
