To secure your place in the retreat, a 100 € payment is required. After reserving your spot, we’ll email you all the retreat details. We recommend waiting to book your flights until the retreat is officially guaranteed, as it requires a minimum number of participants.

When it's confirmed, we’ll notify you by email so you can confidently plan your travel.

The remaining retreat payment is due 45 days before the start date, and we’ll send you a friendly reminder ahead of time!
Cancellation by Barefeetparos

If the minimum number of participants isn’t met, we’ll issue a full refund of your reservation fee.

For cancellations caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will also be provided.

Up to 45 days before the retreat: Full reservation fee refunded.

44 to 30 days before the retreat: 50% of the total amount refunded.

29 days or less: No refund.
Insurance​

Participants are responsible for securing their own travel, medical, and cancellation insurance. Barefeetparos does not partner with any insurance providers.
